2. Principle.
We process personal data only to the extent necessary to operate this website and to handle your enquiries. The legal bases are the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
3. Contact form.
The contact form does not send any data to our server. It only opens your own email program with a pre-filled message, which you send yourself. With that email we receive your name, company, email address and the content of your message, and we process them in order to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once the matter is concluded and no retention obligations apply.
4. Server-Logfiles.
When you access the website, the web server processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time of access, page requested and browser type. This serves the secure and stable delivery of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is not combined with other data sources.
5. Hosting.
This website is operated on servers of netcup GmbH, Daimlerstraße 25, 76185 Karlsruhe, Germany. Connections to the servers run through a load balancer of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, also located in Germany. Both providers process the data only on our behalf.
6. Cookies and Fonts.
This website does not set any cookies and does not use any analytics or advertising services. Your choice of language and colour scheme is stored only locally in your browser (local storage) and is not transmitted to us. Fonts are loaded from our own server; no connection is made to Google Fonts or any other font provider.
7. Interactive map.
On the contact page you can activate an OpenStreetMap map. The map is loaded from OpenStreetMap Foundation services only after you click. Your IP address and technically necessary connection data are then transmitted to the map provider. Activation is not stored permanently. 8. Your Rights.
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, to data portability and to object to processing. Please contact info@gaxxon.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
